MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE Seeking a highly skilled Revit OR ArchiCAD draftsperson to join a residential builder as a Production Draftsperson. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic & growing team, focussing on various residential projects. THE ROLE: Reporting to the Drafting Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the below: Complete Production drawings & construction adjustments for residential builds - Greenfields and/or medium density Updating plans with multiple variations, drawing & assessing buildability throughout the workflow. Achieve production targets within set time frames Ensuring a high level of accuracy and quality is maintained at all times Draw and document product masters, sales plans, options and details. Ensuring drawings meet quality standards and regulations Manage residential home builds from sales accept to finish, Note: this is not a checking job as there is no offshore team. KEY REQUIREMENTS: To be successful in the role, you will have previous experience in residential construction: Proven REVIT and/or ArchiCAD drafting skills and experience. A minimum 1 years' experience in residential construction in a similar role. Volume experience highly desired Effective communications skills. Knowledge and experience with Building Construction, Standards, Rescode and Regulations. Proven drafting skills with the ability to update plans from start to finish without an offshore team.
